Refund & Return Policy

At ZetaShoppers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact us at procurement@zetashoppers.com with your order number and reason for return.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, health supplements)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at procurement@zetashoppers.com with a photo of the damage.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
